Everything was brand-new, personnel was kind. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was bright with a great bathroom.

The apartment was mind-blowingly nice, spacious, and clean! The complementary drinks and snacks were a super pleasant surprise. The digital door access and WhatsApp communication with the hosts made everything super easy. They were also accommodating in letting us use the room over checkout time and store our luggage. 100% recommended due to the great price and value!

We had a bit of a struggle with the online check-in process due to a poor internet connection, but Giulia was patient and helpful over the phone. The apartments themselves were clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the city. We also appreciated the close proximity to public parking. our stay at Residenza Montebello was enjoyable and hassle-free.

The views of the city were absolutely breathtaking. Couldn't get enough of them. , the paid airport shuttle service was such a nice touch. Loved being chauffeured around like a VIP.

Oh, I just adored the fact that I had to go through a tedious online check-in process. So much fun trying to figure it all out while dealing with a dying phone.

Despite there being no on-site staff, the team was easily reachable by phone and incredibly helpful. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the location is perfect, just steps away from the main city square and other attractions. The apartment was comfortable and conveniently designed, with a nice city view from the window. a fantastic choice for a stay in Ancona.
